Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by the company
(i) If the trip is not paid for by the due date after the consumer has been notified in writing or by email, the company has the right to cancel the trip. In this case, the cancellation charges referred to in clause 4B will be due and payable by the consumer.
B. Cancellation/amendment/postponement by the consumer
All cancelations/changes/postponements must be communicated in person or in writing and received by YESD. More than 40 days (1 month) prior to departure from all tours and services: No cancellation fees (but $45 non-refundable deposit will be retained).
* For booking train tickets, hotel rooms and airline tickets: on a case-by-case basis.
* For other travel services:
- Between 40 and 30 days prior to scheduled departure: 25% of payment forfeited.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled departure: 50% of the payment will be retained.
- Between 15 and 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% of the payment will be retained.
- From 7 days or less before the scheduled departure of the trip: 100% of the payment will be retained.
For any late change to a confirmed booking, YESD Travel may charge a fee depending on the circumstances.
