The site of the Lightray project extends over several separate areas.You will find the 2 guesthouses on the premises of Lightray Roestbar (coffee and restaurant).

The cozy guesthouses consist of a room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.Outside the guesthouse there is an alcove with a chair and table, from here you can choose to enjoy the view over the Ugandan Village or the garden of the Lightray Roestbar...

Activities

The Lichtstrahl guesthouses are located on the outskirts of Gulu, the largest city in northern Uganda. From Entebbe airport or Kampala, it is a 5-6 hour drive to Gulu. From here it is not far to the famous Murchinson Falls National Park, with over 3,877 km² it is the largest national park in Uganda.

Four of the AFRICAN BIG FIVE are resident here, furthermore giraffes, crocodiles, hippos and 70 other mammals. Other options are the Kidepo Park, a 4 hour drive from Gulu & the Samuel Baker's Fort...
