Itinerary

Day 1: Meet at 09:15 AM at Downtown Camper by Scandic in Stockholm. From there, a 45-minute transfer takes you to the kayak center. After a classic Swedish “fika” and safety briefing, begin your journey through the stunning archipelago. In the afternoon, set up camp on a remote island, enjoy a swim, and prepare dinner together over an open fire.

Day 2: After breakfast, discuss the day’s route with your guide. Depending on weather and group preferences, you’ll explore areas like Hjälmö-Lådna, Möja, or Bullerö—beautiful nature reserves filled with birdlife and the chance to spot seals or sea eagles. Camp on a new island in the evening.

Day 3: After a relaxed morning and breakfast, paddle back toward civilization with stops for lunch, swimming, and coffee. Return to the kayak center in the afternoon. Transfers back to Stockholm are available upon request. You can also extend for up to 8 days, explore more islands, the Långviksskärs Nature Reserve or the island of Nämdö are just one of many options. We are here to help.

Impact

We leave nothing but footprints, and bring nothing but memories. We will equip you and give you the knowledge you need to experience the archipelago in a sustainable way. Living with a respect and care for nature is an important part of the Swedish culture, especially among those many that enjoy outdoor activities of various kinds. Many of the islands, skerries and islets you will kayak to with us are uninhabited and far away from infrastructure and there is no one cleaning up if we leave a mess.

You will support responsible tourism and help protect the unique biodiversity of Sweden’s archipelago.
