Activities

Already during the drive from the city of Riobamba to the municipality of Guargualla, you will have the opportunity to admire the unique landscape of the Andean moors and the small picturesque villages.

The surrounding area is especially good for hiking while you experience nature.

In the community you can participate in the making of handicrafts from alpaca fiber. A project carried out for the conservation of the páramo, in which the community will share their experiences and crafts with you.

The city of Riobamba is a little over three and a half hours from the capital, Quito. You can reach the accommodation by bus or take a cab for more comfort.
