Home stay is part of cultural exchange projects that crosses ethnic or demographical borders to join people from all parts of the world. It's an opportunity to stay with locals, learn a way of life or traditional handicrafts activity that one can take along back to their various countries.
Shared room consists of one single bed and one double bed.
Access to the homestay is private and in coordination with the host 24 hours possible.

Activities

Visitors can be taken on tours to tourism sites within the Bolgatanga municipality and beyond. Among the numerous sites, they include Tongo Hills (Hiking/cultural visits), the Mole National Park (Northern region), waterfalls, beaches (southern part of Ghana).

Our organization has been working with these tourism sites for the past decade.

Over here, visitors can support in diverse ways to grow the initiatives of the organization while they also get to learn handicrafts skills from artisans.

When you arrive at Accra international airport in Ghana's capital, you can either first spend a few days in Accra and then travel to Bolgatanga or you come directly to the accommodation.If you prefer so, we can also pick you up directly at the airport in Accra for an extra charge.If you want to travel alone from Accra to Bolatanga, you can take an air-conditioned bus (815 km from Accra-Bolgatanga) or you can travel directly by domestic flight from Accra to Tamale airport, which takes about 45 minutes.From there you can also take a bus to Bolgatanga (duration: about 1 hour and 40 minutes)...
