Join our team on their "OASIS" research campaigns in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Serra de Tramuntana in the north of Mallorca - a mountain range that drops abruptly into the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and provides a beautiful, unique backdrop for our project. ‎

Our main objectives are to conduct marine research on dolphins and sea turtles and to combat threats to their habitats, such as ghost nets. We work closely with local artisanal fishermen to improve their fishing methods. At the same time, we are expanding our growing network of fishermen and sailors who help to report and recover dangerous ghost nets (abandoned, lost or discarded fishing gear drifting in the sea that poses a serious threat to wildlife and people) and promote the proper rescue of turtles. ‎
