We are an organization that is actively committed to species conservation—both marine and terrestrial animals. By taking this trip, you are actively contributing to this cause.
The marine environment along Africa’s east coast provides a habitat for a wealth of incredible, rare, and endangered marine animals. Our marine conservation project is located at Tofo Beach, in the province of Inhambane, Mozambique. This coastal region is a truly unique global biodiversity hotspot that is threatened by plastic waste, overfishing, population growth, and the global climate crisis.
"It is these animals, their environment, and the threats to their livelihoods that we measure consistently, reliably, and over the long term to build sound and meaningful science.
This is how we contribute to their conservation." - Jennifer Keeping, Marine Project Coordinator.
