We are a non-profit organisation based in Barcelona. We are dedicated to the scientific study and dissemination of the aquatic environment, especially cetacean research. Our main objective is to deepen the knowledge of the sea and marine fauna in order to preserve its richness and biodiversity.
The SACET (South Atlantic Cetacean) Project is a research and conservation initiative led by the EDMAKTUB Association, dedicated primarily to the study of cetaceans in the South Atlantic Ocean. The project's first expedition took place in the Gulf of

How to get there
Travel to Vilanova/Barcelona must be organized individually.
However, we will be happy to help you with the planning.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation of this tour is possible at any time.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the date of travel, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before the departure date, 20% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 1 day before the departure date, 80% of the tour price will be charged.
