About your accomodation
The Homestay is a traditionally built house and is surrounded with peaceful nature. It is easily accessible and has a beautiful view of the landscape and the surrounding mountains aswell as on the famous Enza gonpa (monastery). The family living there consists of 3 members. The art of handicraft is very present in the family. They are making traditional ladakhi baskets called Tsepo which are weaved out of grass and are carried on the back. There are two beds in every room. It can‘t be said for sure if they will be standing separately or next to each other, but it can be changed as per need at the arrival.

The Panamik village is located 140 km northwards from Leh towards the Siachen Glacier. On your way you need to cross the famous Khardung La pass. It is possible to reach Panamik by car, taxi, bus and motorbike.
