The house is located in front of the Panchayat Hall, a community gathering space under the local government institution, taking left from the village’s main street. It is a hillside and meadow-facing house with a high possibility of spotting the Himalayan Brown Bear at the mountain behind the house. The house has two floors and the host has a large joint family with kids residing in it. It also has a vegetable kitchen garden that grows organic vegetables. Mr Barkat Ali Lone Nizami has good knowledge of the 1999 Kargil war history. There are two beds in every room. it can‘t be said for sure if they will be standing separately or next to each other, but it can be changed as per need at the arrival.
