The Olive Harvest Assistance program in Tuscany offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in a traditional agricultural practice.
Accommodation is in private rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the farm, including full board. During the day, the olives are picked by hand. In addition to the harvest, you will also follow the olive oil production process in Tuscany and learn more about the quality of the products.
