About your accomodation
The research station with its accommodation is located in the buffer zone of the El Sira Comunal Reserve near the village of Yuyapichis and directly on the edge of the jungle. The rooms are each equipped with a single bed. The station has a total of four showers without hot water, two water toilets and two dry toilets. We also offer drinking water, Wi-Fi and solar power.

Where you'll be
The journey is usually made from Pucallpa. From Pucallpa it is about 3 hours by car to Yuyapichis and from there you can take a boat across the Pachitea River. Depending on the river level, you can take the boat across the Yuyapichis to the station or walk or tractor to the station (about 1 hour each way). Transport from Yuyapichis to the station is included in the price.
