Space in abundance welcomes you in "Empore 3" on the 1st floor.Covering 34 sqm with a shimmering larch wood floor, you'll find the 2x2m handmade massive double bed overlooking our llama pasture.The TV can be turned to the beds or to the cozy corner couch with drum table.At the table with four chairs you can work, paint, read, play games or even eat.
The private, luxurious bathroom with bidet, toilet, shower, bathtub and vanity is just a hop across the hall...

Hi, I'm Petra and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
We would like to address all people to sharpen their awareness for life itself: e.g. for nature, animals, fellow human beings and the environment! On the one hand, those who have lost touch with this awareness and would like to regain it - on the other hand, those who already have this awareness and normally cannot live it.
According to our motto "in calmness lies power", children experience, for example, that our sheep "voluntarily" come towards them when they themselves are "calm"!
Even just observing the different animals, e.g. at the meditation room in the middle of the llama pasture, makes people feel calm. It is a matter of give and take, which can be observed very well here: no exploitation, but a togetherness - mindfulness is emphasised.

Around the accommodation you can enjoy a variety of different excursions: Biking and hiking trails, four different thermal spas, golf courses, various museums (open-air museums Massing, brewery museum, glass museum, tractor museum...), various amusement parks, game park and bird park, western town, tree trail, glass blowing, castles and monasteries, churches …

How to get there
Car: As we are an isolated farm (in the middle of nature), it is best to travel by car. Since the public private transport in the countryside is very poor, you need the car also to get to the sights and be independent.
Train: There are two different train stations (long-distance).
1. "Vilshofen"
2. "Passau"
We can pick you up from there by arrangement.
Airplane: "Munich Airport" - you can book a rental vehicle there.
