The goal of the Fundación Otonga is the protection of the environment, the preservation of biodiversity and the sustainable management of natural resources in order to improve the quality of life of the present and future generations through the formation of environmental awareness in the population and the establishment of a new social ethic.

How to get there
From Quito, take a taxi to the Alóag Santo Domingo road and after 72 ½ km you will find the village of La Unión del Toachi.
From the terminal of the local bus company, take the direction of Sigchos.
After about 400 m you will find the entrance to the Otongachi Environmental Education Centre.
